Invoice Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods Accepted:

   • We accept invoice payments via the following methods:
     • Credit Card
     • ACH (Automated Clearing House)
     • Bank Wire Transfer
     •  

2. Bank Fees:

   • Customers are responsible for covering any bank fees associated with their chosen payment method.
   •  

3. Credit Card Payment Policy:

   • For credit card payments exceeding $1,000.00, a 5% processing fee will be applied to the total amount.
   •  

4. Late Payment Policy:

   • Customers are expected to pay their invoices on time. In the event of an overdue invoice:
     • A handling fee of $30.00 will be charged.
     • An interest rate of 5% will be applied to the overdue amount.
