Description: SHC014748M is a PI3Kδ inhibitor that was proposed as a potential treatment for non-Hodgkin lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma. In an in vivo study in mice, SHC014748M was found to be highly selective and led to significant reduction in lymphoma cell growth. Furthermore, SHC014748M has undergone phase 1 and 2 clinical trials.
