Description: Tirbanibulin, also known as KX-01 and KX2-391, is the first clinical Src inhibitor of the novel peptidomimetic class that targets the peptide substrate site of Src providing more specificity toward Src kinase. Tirbanibulin was approved to treat actinic Keratosis of the face or scalp in Dec 2020.
