Description: N-(4,6-divinyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-PEG4-TCO is a novel cysteine binder coupled to a terminal TCO bound by a PEG linker. The divinyltriazine works by stapling of two cysteine residues to form macrocyclic peptides from their unprotected linear counterparts. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. This reagent can be used to label antibodies, proteins and other primary amine-containing macromolecules with TCO moiety.
