Description: Parapenzolate bromide is a safe and effective anticholinergic drug possessing antisecretory and antimotility properties and prolonged duration of action. Clinical investigation has shown that after an oral dose of the drug there was inhibition of both basal and histamine-stimulated acid outputs.
