Description: Iberdomide hydrochloride may be useful in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus. Iberdomide significantly reduced Ikaros and Aiolos protein levels in B cells, T cells and monocytes. In SLE PBMC cultures, iberdomide inhibited anti-dsDNA and anti-phospholipid autoantibody production.
