Description: JUN47799, also known as 2-(Isopentylamino)naphthalene-1,4-dione is a vitamin K analog. It inhibits spasms induced by pentylenetetrazole and tonic hindlimb extension induced by maximal electroshock in mice. It also protects mice against seizures in the 6 Hz psychomotor seizure test. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporary code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
