Description: RPN77612 is a synthetic curcuminoid molecule with multiple bio-actvities, including (1) cytotoxic effect on HeLa, K562, MCF-​7 and MDA-​MB-​231 cancer cell lines; (2) ameliorating amyloid precursor protein (APP) and tau protein pathology and rescues cognitive deficits in neurodegenerative diseases; (3) inhibitor of transcription factor NF-​κB and activators of Nrf2 and uses thereof for treatment of neurological disoders and inflammatory diseases. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporary code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
