Description: UUN 37207, also known as N-(Azido-PEG4)-N-Boc-PEG4-t-butyl ester is a branched PEG derivative with a terminal azide group, Boc protected amine, and a terminal t-butyl ester. The azide group enables PEGylation via Click Chemistry. The protected amine can be deprotected by acidic conditions, and the t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporary code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
