Description: Ginkgolide B is a GlyR agonist found in Ginkgo. It inhibits ATP release from thrombin-activated platelets, protects neurons against ischemic injury, prevents edema and inflammation, and increases activation of PKA, Ca+2 signaling, and glutamate release.
