Shipping:

All products will be shipped through standard express shipping. Shipping/packing charges are:

Domestic: $30.00 (delivery time is usually 1-2 days)

Canada: $45.00 (delivery time is usually 1-2 days)

International: $70.00 (delivery time is usually 3-5 days).

For international shipping, we will use FedEx international priority  express shipping unless client requests to use others. Shipping cost will be prepaid by MedKoo, and added to the invoice. If using your FedEx account, we will not charge shipping cost.  

After the package is scheduled to ship, we will inform client the tracking number through email. Most orders will be shipped out within a few hours after the official purchase order is received.  If there is a delay for shipping, we will inform the client to confirm the shipping date. The estimated delivery times  are usually 1-2 business days for domestic shipping (inside USA)  and 3-5 days for international shipping. MedKoo cannot guarantee the time of delivery outside the US due to differences in carrier services and possible customs clearance delay.

Pay terms:

The pay term  is usually  net 30 days for clients who had established satisfactory credit history with us. Otherwise, the payment term is pre-pay by bank wire transfer, credit card or paypal. Accounts unpaid past 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 5% per month on the unpaid balance.

Liability and patent issues

All products, unless clearly indicated otherwise, are sold for research or manufacturing purposes only, are not for human, veterinary and household use. The products under valid patent protection are not offered at this time.  It is fully client's responsibility to comply with the rules, regulations and patent laws

Warranty:

Medkoo warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will reasonably conform to the product description that accompanies each product, for a period of thirty (30) days from the shipment date of the product (the “Warranty Period”). If a product has a defect in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period, MedKoo will either refund to Buyer the purchase price of the product or replace such product. We will do our best to resolve problems our customers might have, and to satisfy each and every customer.  To properly make a warranty claim, Buyer must contact Medkoo through email sales@medkoo.com or call 919-279-0682 prior to the expiration of the Warranty Period. MEDKOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, , INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, LOST EXPENSES, PROFITS OR REVENUE, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES.
